Refund policy

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT DO FREE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES - THERE IS A CHARGE FOR THIS.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes, it is possible. However, bikini bottoms cannot be returned due to health reasons if the hygiene liner has been removed.

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 14 days of receipt. In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  • The order still contains all the correct parts and components and the packaging arrived exactly as the product.
  • Normal handling of the product is evident
  • The product is found to be defective immediately upon receipt.

We have the right to charge the customer for postage costs. A return will be processed within 7 business days and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period. *We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

If your order meets the above conditions, please do the following to initiate the return process. Send an email to info@hswim.au and please make sure your email contains the following:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return request
  • Customer's first name + last name
  • Customer address

We will contact you and give you the return address. Never send the return to the sender, we will send you the correct address after you ask us for it. You, the customer, are responsible for the postage costs of returning the product. Make sure the package is labelled with a tracking code and send it to us. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipping and handling charges. Once we receive the package in perfect condition, we will make sure that the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 business days. Once you have sent the package to the address on the return form, we will send you the correct size. There will be a standard $10 postage fee attached.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you that is not the carrier received or accepted the final goods.

Because we work with a fully automated system, orders are fulfilled as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the postage process until delivery, so a refund is not possible after receiving the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement by e-mail. The revocation is completed when we have received the goods. The costs for returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund to you all payments we have received from you, except for delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we have received notice of your withdrawal from this contract and receipt of the goods. For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.
